Software Engineer I

Functional Responsibilities Experience and Educational Requirements
Responsible for analyzing system and software requirements.

Position involves the design, development, installation, testing, modification and documentation of software applications using high level languages such as C++, Visual Basic, etc.

Codes, debugs, documents and maintains programs; Installs, configures, and modifies software applications; Plans, conducts and documents software tests and validations.

Must be a U.S. citizen and be capable of obtaining a high level security clearance.

Education Required:
Associate Degree, Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree

Discipline: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or technical field.

Educational Equivalency:   Eight (8) years of work experience in a software application and database analysis, design, development environment.

Required Work Experience:
Associate: Six (6) years experience in a software application and database analysis, design, development environment.
BS Degree:  Two (2) years experience in software development environment.
MS Degree:  One (1) year experience in software development environment.
